The Queen smiled gently, the sun almost causing her skin to glow as she stood before the young Earl. "Earl Phantomhive, it is so lovely to see you. It has been so long since we have spoken, last." Her voice was soft, a slight warmth in it that was often pleasant to the ears. "This one would be most grateful to enjoy an afternoon tea with the Earl."

♕ || The Earl’s first movement was to give the Queen the respectful bow she deserved, as any other nobleman would do. It was a rare occasion that the Queen requested an audience from her Guard Dog that wasn’t related to his job in any way. 

Your Majesty, it was a pleasant surprise to receive an invitation from you for tea. I do hope you’ve been well, it’s been some time since I was in Buckingham.
