“It doesn’t. I’m talking about right now.” He said, with a tap of his index finger to the tip of Ciel’s nose and a subtle shift in his lap, to get a little more comfortable. Because in the past few months, Ciel sure hadn’t gotten any less bony.
He did squint his nose a bit when Alois tapped it, the boy always seemed to pull out random movements to keep Ciel from expecting everything, although he wasn’t complaining when Alois shifted his weight so it was sitting better on Ciel’s lap. He tugged for Alois to scoot closer, just so it’d be more comfortable for him as well.
And I got what I wanted, so I don’t see either of us complaining. You’re comfortable, as am I.
“You’re right, you’re right.” Alois shrugged, it wasn’t often he admitted that even if it was to something so frivolous, so he was determined to literally shrug it off. His hands came up again, but this time only to settle on Ciel’s shoulders lightly, trace the seam of his jacket.
His hands trailed absentmindedly over Alois’ waist, simply running up and down as his eye stayed on the blonde’s face. It was rare that Ciel felt any kind of concern, but there was a soft spot in him towards the boy in his lap, and any off behavior normally piqued his curiosity in such a manner. Leaning forward a bit so he was more in Alois’ line of sight, he nudged Alois’ nose with his own.

You alright?
